Previous Access Agreements definition

Previous Access Agreements means any access agreements referred to in paragraph 6 of Schedule 1 to the Contract;

Related to Previous Access Agreements

  • Access Agreement means a landlord consent, bailee letter or warehouseman’s letter, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent, in favor of Agent executed by such landlord, bailee or warehouseman, as applicable, for any third party location.

  • Collateral Access Agreement means a landlord waiver, bailee letter, or acknowledgement agreement of any lessor, warehouseman, processor, consignee, or other Person in possession of, having a Lien upon, or having rights or interests in Parent’s or its Subsidiaries’ books and records, Equipment, or Inventory, in each case, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent.

  • Landlord Access Agreement means a Landlord Access Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit G, or such other form as may reasonably be acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

  • Previous Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Vendor Agreement means any form of agreement or documentation provided by the Contractor, including without limitation, an on-line agreement, proposal, or invoice, whether made a part of the Agreement or effective or purporting to be effective outside of the Agreement.
