The Contractor shall provide Enrollee Information to Enrollees and, upon request, to Members, including all the items detailed in Section 2.5.C. The Contractor shall make available written translations of Enrollee Information in Prevalent Languages and inform Enrollees how to obtain translated Enrollee Information or how to obtain an oral translation in a language other than a Prevalent Language.
The Contractor shall ensure that non‑English speaking Enrollees have a choice of at least two (2) PCPs, and at least two (2) Behavioral Health Providers within each behavioral health covered service category, in the Prevalent Language in the Service Area provided that such provider capacity exists throughout the Service Area.

Prevalent Languages – Those non-English languages that meet the more stringent of either Medicare’s five (5) percent threshold for translation as specified in 42 CFR § 422.2264(e), or the RI EOHHS Prevalent Language requirement of fifty (50) Enrollees who speak a single language other than English as a primary language.
Contractor must provide a mechanism for Enrollees who are blind or deaf and hard of hearing or who speak a Prevalent Language as described above to obtain member materials and a mechanism for Enrollees to obtain assistance with interpretation.
