Prevailing side definition

Prevailing side means the affirmative if the motion passed and the negative if the motion failed. A person is said to have voted on the prevailing side if that member voted yes on a motion that passed or no on a motion that failed.

  • Pricing Side Letter means that certain letter agreement between Buyer and Seller, dated as of the date hereof, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Dwelling, single-family means a detached building containing one dwelling unit.
