Pressure Washing means any type of deep cleaning of the sidewalk designed to remove grime, grease, gum, or other micro debris adhered to the sidewalk surface. This could include high pressure water, hot water, rotary scrubbing, hot water treatment, or other such cleaning methods. The term “Clean” shall be a standard of Pressure Washing sufficient to remove urine and excrement stains; chewing gum; gum stains from the sidewalk; and other similar micro debris.
