Presider definition

Presider means a person who is a member of the Committee who does not have a conflict of interest and is designated to preside at a pre-hearing conference.
Presider means the person presiding at a meeting of the Committee;
Presider means the member of a Disciplinary Hearing Officer Panel elected by the Panel members to serve as the facilitator at a disciplinary hearing.
