preservation age definition

preservation age means, for a person who was born —
preservation age in relation to a member, means the age at which, under the SIS standards, benefits which are required by those standards to be preserved, may be paid to the member;
preservation age means 55 years or such other age as is permitted or required by the Act or the Commissioner.
