Presentation Materials definition

Presentation Materials means the written materials, in the agreed form, used by the Company in presentations to shareholders and institutional investors in connection with the Rights Issue and/or the Acquisition;
Presentation Materials means a paper, summary, hand-out, poster, power-point, video or other written or visual material supplied by You as an accompaniment to Your Presentation.
Presentation Materials means the investor presentation materials prepared by BoI, in the agreed form, and used by it in meetings with or otherwise made available to potential investors, placees and sub-underwriters and research analysts connected to the Managers in connection with the Placing the Rights Issue or the Debt for Equity Offers prior to, on or after the date of the Agreement;

  • The Company represents and warrants that the Presentation Materials (i) will be prepared by the management of the Company; and (ii) will not contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact required to be stated therein or necessary to make the statements therein not misleading.

  • The information contained in the 2.7 Announcement, the Rights Issue Announcement, the Scheme Documents and Presentation Materials is consistent with the Prospectus and there is no material information disclosed in the Rights Issue Announcement and Presentation Materials which is not disclosed in the Prospectus.
