Present Value of Operating Leases means the present value, as calculated by the Chief Financial Officer of the Company subject to review and revision by the Administrator in its discretion, of the future minimum lease payments of the Company or a subsidiary of the Company, as the case may be, required under operating leases having initial or remaining noncancellable lease terms in excess of one year, which calculation shall be based upon the amounts used to generate the "Leases" footnote to the Company's financial statements.
