Present Management means the State Government authorised by the Central Government under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (Central Act 65 of 1951) as per Notification No.S.O.170(E)/18AA/IDRA/79, dated 30th March, 1979;
