prescriptive period definition

prescriptive period means a period required for the operation of section 1, 2, 3, 6, 7 [F468 or 8A] of this Act;
prescriptive period means and refer to a period of one year commencing on the day following the last day for putative Class Members to opt out of the Class as defined.

  • prescribed period means 14 days;
