Prescriber Data definition

Prescriber Data means data provided by a Third Party which measures prescriptions filled for Products (by individual prescriber) in the Territory during a specified time period, from a source mutually agreed in writing by the parties (it being understood that each of IMS Health Incorporated and Wolters Kluwer is a source agreeable to the parties).
Prescriber Data means data which measures prescriptions written for the Licensed Product in the Territory during a specified time period from a source mutually agreed in writing by the parties.
Prescriber Data means the Wolters Kluwer (previously known as NDC) Prescriber data publication compiled and published by Wolters Kluwer containing prescription data by prescribing physician.

  • Oncogenerix shall hold and own all Prescriber Data, marketing, sales, distribution and other commercialization data and other marketing, sales, distribution and commercialization information resulting from the Activities regarding the Licensed Product undertaken by Oncogenerix (and/or its Affiliates and sublicensees) in the Field in the Territory following the Effective Date (together referred to as “Oncogenerix Data”).

More Definitions of Prescriber Data

Prescriber Data means IMS Health National Prescription Audit data, which measures both total prescriptions dispensed and extended units dispensed (i.e., Units) for Product in the Territory, separately setting forth the Urology Field, the Ob/Gyn Field, the sales Channel (long term care), and prescriptions attributable to Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners during a specified time period, or such data from an alternative source mutually agreed in writing by the Parties.
Prescriber Data means data which measures prescriptions written for the Licensed Product by each Target Prescriber in the Territory during a specified time period from a source mutually agreed in writing by the parties.
Prescriber Data means data acquired by Serono (i) from objective, reliable third parties regarding the dispensing of the Product from pharmacies to patients and reported by physician name, such as [***], and (ii) directly from pharmacies regarding the dispensing of the Product to patients and reported by physician name, which is not included in the data described in Subsection (o)(i).
Prescriber Data means the prescriber data supplied by a nationally recognized prescription data provider where permitted under federal and state law, which is currently provided to MBRK by IMS Health.

Related to Prescriber Data

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.
