Prescribed Working Hours definition

Prescribed Working Hours means any time during which an employee is acting on behalf of the state as part of his/her job function whether or not during regular working hours. For example, travel to or from an evening meeting would be during Prescribed Working Hours.
Prescribed Working Hours means the hours of work from time to time prescribed by CATCON for the execution of the Subcontract Works on the Site.

  • Working Hours means 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. on a Business Day.

  • Working Hour means an hour between 0900 hours and 1700 hours on a Working Day.

  • Normal Working Hours means between the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, inclusive. Saturdays, Sundays, and County holidays are excluded.

  • Training hour means at least 50 minutes of actual learning, including, but not limited to, time devoted to lecture, learning activities, small group activities, demonstrations, evaluations, and hands-on experience.

  • Operating Hours means the hours listed in an early learning program parent handbook when the program is open and providing care and services to children.
