prescribed order definition

prescribed order means an order of a type prescribed by the Minister by Order –
prescribed order means the order prescribed under this deed for the application of all moneys received by an Enforcer or an Enforcement Administrator under or by virtue of this deed, subject to any Law and notwithstanding agreement to the contrary. Proceeds means, in relation to any Collateral or any Share Collateral, all proceeds realised as a result of a Secured Party or its Enforcement Administrator taking possession of, or exercising any of its Powers in relation to, the relevant Collateral or Share Collateral.
prescribed order means an order under section 6 or 9 of the Act of 1984 which makes provision for a relevant traffic control;
