Prescribed Commuted Value definition
Prescribed Commuted Value means the Commuted Value of the Member's accrued pension benefit as at the date of the Member's retirement, death, termination of service or termination of the Plan, whichever is applicable, determined in accordance with Subsection 8517(1) of the Income Tax Regulations.
