Prerequisites Document definition
Prerequisites Document means, where applicable, any corresponding prerequisites document setting out additional particulars and Client responsibilities in connection with the Services and any Software which is (a) attached to the Quotation, (b) notified by the Company to the Client as part of the Service and Software setup process, or (c) otherwise agreed in writing between the parties from time to time;
