Prepetition Security Documents definition

Prepetition Security Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined in the Prepetition Credit Agreement, in each case as amended, supplemented, or modified from time to time prior to the Petition Date.

More Definitions of Prepetition Security Documents

Prepetition Security Documents means, collectively, (a) each Prepetition Chilean Security Document, (b) the Security and Depositary Agreement and (c) any other mortgages, deeds of trust, security agreements, mandates, trust arrangements, pledge agreements or control agreements entered into on or after the Issue Date and prior to the Petition Date and of a similar nature relating to the Projects (as defined in the Existing Indenture), in each case for the benefit of the Secured Parties (as defined in the Existing Indenture).
