Prepetition Security Documents definition

Prepetition Security Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined in the Prepetition Credit Agreement, in each case as amended, supplemented, or modified from time to time prior to the Petition Date.
Prepetition Security Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined in the Prepetition Facility.
Prepetition Security Documents means the California Mortgage, the Texas Mortgage, the Prepetition Security Agreement, and all other documents granting a Lien or otherwise relating to a Lien in property of the Debtors in favor of the Prepetition Agent.
