Prepayment Shortfall Amount definition

Prepayment Shortfall Amount means, for any Calculation Period, the amount (if any) by which the Required Distribution Amount (plus any Freely Available Cash taken into account in the calculation of that amount) for that Calculation Period is insufficient to fund the full amount of any Required Prepayment Amount for that Calculation Period in accordance with the Payment Waterfall as a result of the application of paragraph (a)(ii) of Clause 23.44 (Required Distribution Amount).
Prepayment Shortfall Amount means, as of any Transfer Date, the amount by which the aggregate amounts payable by the Borrower under Section 5.2(o) on such Transfer Date exceeds the amount on deposit in the Revenue Account (after making all pending withdrawals under subsections (a) through (l) of Section 5.2) on such Transfer Date.
Prepayment Shortfall Amount means, as of any Semi-Annual Date, the amount by which the aggregate amounts payable by the Borrower under Section 5.2 (j) on such Semi-Annual Date exceeds the amount on deposit in the Revenue Account (after making all pending withdrawals under subsections (a) through (i) of Section 5.2) on such Semi-Annual Date.
