preparatory activities means ecological mitigation works, archaeological investigations, boreholes, intrusive surveys, environmental surveys and monitoring, other investigations for the purpose of assessing ground conditions or the receipt and erection of construction plant and equipment, utility diversions or ground clearance works but excluding any such activities carried out under article 23 (authority to survey and investigate land) or the powers conferred by section 11(3) (powers of entry) of the 1965 Act as applied by this Order in respect of any of BPC's property;

  • Power production activities means any business operation that involves a project commissioned by the government of Iran whose purpose is to facilitate power generation and delivery, including, but not limited to, establishing power-generating plants or hydroelectric dams, selling or installing components for the project, providing service contracts related to the installation or maintenance of the project, as well as facilitating such activities, including by providing supplies or services in support of such activities.

  • Development Activities means those Development activities undertaken by or on behalf of a Party or its Affiliates with respect to the Product in the Field.

  • Collaboration Activities means the activities set out in this Agreement
