Preparation service definition

Preparation service means an adjustment, inspection, test, repair, replacement of parts, cleaning, polishing or other labor performed by the dealer without prior written authorization of the purchaser. [PL 1993, c. 683, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 1993, c. 683, Pt. B, §5 (AFF).]
