Prepaid Forward definition

Prepaid Forward means the prepaid forward transaction evidenced by the confirmation, dated, February 28, 2012, between Buyer and Seller (“Prepaid Forward Confirmation”), pursuant to which Buyer is to prepay for Deferred Delivery Volume (as defined in the Inventory Sales Agreement) on the Commencement Date and, at a later date, Seller is to deliver and transfer title to such Deferred Delivery Volume to Buyer, subject to the terms and conditions thereof.
