Prenda Mercantil definition
Prenda Mercantil means a pledge and security agreement, in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit I-1 attached hereto (the execution copy of which will be in Spanish), as the same may be amended, supplemented and/or modified in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
