Premium Zone definition
Premium Zone means an area within the City, where the Council has selected as a special development area and wishes to give a premium incentive treatment to a company locating within. A Premium Zone selection must be determined by separate action of the governing body.
Examples of Premium Zone in a sentence
Early clock-ins of up to two (2) hours and late clock-outs of up to two (2) hours will be paid as premium if the minimum number of hours worked within the Weekend Premium Zone is met.
Work intervals that exceed two (2) hours ahead of or beyond the Weekend Premium Zone are considered part of the zone in which they fall and a Shift Differential will not be paid for such hours.
Weekend Premiums are paid for only for qualified hours worked during the defined Weekend Premium Zone, including overtime and holidays worked.
Employees must work at least four (4) hours within the actual Weekend Premium Zone in order to qualify for Weekend Premiums.
