Premium Zone definition

Premium Zone means an area within the City, where the Council has selected as a special development area and wishes to give a premium incentive treatment to a company locating within. A Premium Zone selection must be determined by separate action of the governing body.

Examples of Premium Zone in a sentence

  • Early clock-ins of up to two (2) hours and late clock-outs of up to two (2) hours will be paid as premium if the minimum number of hours worked within the Weekend Premium Zone is met.

  • Work intervals that exceed two (2) hours ahead of or beyond the Weekend Premium Zone are considered part of the zone in which they fall and a Shift Differential will not be paid for such hours.

  • Weekend Premiums are paid for only for qualified hours worked during the defined Weekend Premium Zone, including overtime and holidays worked.

  • Employees must work at least four (4) hours within the actual Weekend Premium Zone in order to qualify for Weekend Premiums.
