Premium Units definition

Premium Units means the total number of Premium Services subscribed to by each Subscriber.
Premium Units has the meaning set forth in the Insight Subscriber Policy.
Premium Units means the Stock Units credited to a Participant’s Stock Unit Account resulting from the premium associated with the Participant’s deferral of a particular percentage of Bonus and/or Sign-On Credit in the form of Stock Units pursuant to Section 4.2(c) and/or Section 4.2(e), as the case may be.

Examples of Premium Units in a sentence

  • In the event of a Participant's termination of employment with all Participating Companies for any other reason, any Premium Units credited to the Participant's Account that have not become vested on or before the date of such termination shall be forfeited, unless the Committee determines otherwise in its sole discretion in accordance with the Incentive Stock Plan.

  • Premium Units forfeited by a Participant pursuant to this Section shall immediately be deducted from the Participant's Account.

  • In the event that a Participant’s Employment with the Firm is terminated, or a Change in Control occurs, in either case prior to the Vesting Date or Delivery Date that would otherwise apply to any of such Participant’s Bonus Deferral Units and/or Premium Units, vesting and delivery (if any) of such Deferral Units shall be governed by this Section 6.01.

  • Premium Payment Date in respect of any Option, means the date on which the Premium is due and payable, as agreed to at the time the Option is entered into, as evidenced in a Confirmation.

  • Premium pay Per the statute, recipients have broad latitude to designate critical infrastructure sectors and make grants to third-party employers for the purpose of providing premium pay or otherwise respond to essential workers. While the interim final rule generally preserves the flexibility in the statute, it does add a requirement that recipients give written justification in the case that premium pay would increase a worker’s annual pay above a certain threshold. To set this threshold, Treasury analyzed data Federal Register / Vol. 86, No. 93 / Monday, May 17, 2021 / Rules and Regulations 26817 from the Bureau of Labor Statistics to determine a level that would not require further justification for premium pay to the vast majority of essential workers, while requiring higher scrutiny for provision of premium pay to higher- earners who, even without premium pay, would likely have greater personal financial resources to cope with the effects of the pandemic. Treasury believes the threshold in the interim final rule strikes the appropriate balance between preserving flexibility and helping encourage use of these resources to help those in greatest need. The interim final rule also requires that eligible workers have regular in-person interactions or regular physical handling of items that were also handled by others. This requirement will also help encourage use of financial resources for those who have endured the heightened risk of performing essential work.

  • Initial Units means, with respect to any Initial Limited Partner, the aggregate number of Class A Units owned by such Initial Limited Partner as of the date of this Agreement.

  • Additional Units means such Units (as defined herein) as are issued in respect of Additional Securities."

  • Core Units means such Units of the Trust that are issued to Core Investors with the condition that these are not redeemable for a period of two years from the close of the First Offer Period. Such Units are transferable with this condition, but otherwise shall rank pari passu with all other Units, save for this restriction. Any transfer of the Core Units, during the first two years of their issue as mentioned herein, shall be affected only on the receipt by the Registrar of a written acceptance of this condition by the transferee.

  • Incentive Units means those Partnership Interests described in Section 2 of the Incentive Unit Agreement.

  • Restricted Share Units means an Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon the passage of time or the attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator and which may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of cash, Shares or other securities as established by the Administrator.

  • Units means the units of the Company, each comprised of one share of Common Stock and one-half of one Warrant.

  • Vesting mean that the Units have become non-forfeitable. If Employee has a Termination of Employment prior to the Stated Vesting Date and the Units are not otherwise deemed vested by that date, the Units will be immediately forfeited except as otherwise provided in Section 4 of the Terms and Conditions.

  • Incentive Shares means Shares awarded pursuant to the provisions of Article 12.

  • Vesting Dates means, as determined by the Board or by the Committee, the date as of which the Optionee shall be entitled to exercise the Options or part of the Options, as set forth in section 11 of the ISOP.

  • RSUs means restricted stock units.

  • PSUs means the outstanding performance share units governed by the performance share unit plan of the Company dated December 16, 2013, as amended from time to time;

  • Share Units means the hypothetical Shares that are credited to the Share Unit Accounts in accordance with Section 5.3.

  • Premium Due Date means date specified in the Schedule on which the Instalment Premium will become due.

  • Premium Payment Term means the term specified in the Schedule, during which the Premiums are payable by You;

  • Initial Shares means all of the outstanding shares of Common Stock issued prior to the consummation of the Company’s initial public offering.

  • DSUs means the deferred share units granted under the DSU Plan;

  • Option Units means the Common Units that the Partnership will agree to issue upon an exercise of the Over-Allotment Option.
