Premium Quality Specifications means the seven specifications that Milk supplied to ACM must meet in order to be regarded as Premium Quality Details of the Premium Quality Specifications are set out in Part 3 of Specification Guide.

In order to be ‘Premium’, milk supplied to ACM must meet each of the 6 specifications referred to below (“Premium Quality Specifications”) If the milk supplied does not meet the Premium Quality Specifications, the amount paid by ACM for any affected milk will be reduced in accordance with the formula set out in Table 3.1.
