Premium Products definition

Premium Products means two or more Premium Content offerings that are bundled into a single product.
Premium Products means all I.V. Products on Exhibit A that are designated as Premium Products.
Premium Products as defined herein to refer individually or collectively to RBN Backstage Pass,TM RBN School of Energy Online, RBN Natgas Billboard, RBN NGL Voyager Report and any future services offered by RBN to Subscriber. Services, Materials and/or Premium Products may also include “Content” defined herein to refer to any or all of the text, graphics, images, video, artwork, metadata and other data, design, organization, compilation, look and feel, advertising and all other protectable intellectual property provided as part of the Materials, including but not limited to any copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress, patent rights, or database rights. “Unauthorized Person” shall refer to any person who is not a Subscriber.

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Cannabis products means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Marijuana products means concentrated marijuana products and marijuana products that are comprised of marijuana and other ingredients and are intended for use or consumption, such as, but not limited to, edible products, ointments, and tinctures.

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.

  • Insurance producer means a person required to be licensed under the laws of this state to sell, solicit or negotiate insurance, including annuities.

  • Manufactured and “Manufactures” means to manufacture, produce, or assemble.

  • Aerosol product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”
