Premium Names definition

Premium Names means domain names identified by the Registry, which may be offered for registration via auctions, or other distribution methodologies as the Registry may decide at its discretion. These names are reserved by the Registry as part of its Reserved Names list.
Premium Names means Domain Names reserved by RO, which may be offered for registration to the public under the Premium Names terms and conditions to be published by RO.
Premium Names means Domain Names reserved by RO, which may be offered for registration to the public under the Premium Names terms and conditions to be published by RO. “Registrant” is an Applicant that has submitted a Registration Request that has been paid for in full and accepted by RO. A Registrant is the holder of a registered name in the .rugby TLD, and unless the context requires otherwise, includes an Applicant.

Examples of Premium Names in a sentence

  • For domain names that have been designated by the respective registry as Premium Names special prices may apply for registration, renewal and/or transfers that differ from the standard pricing in a TLD („Premium Price“).

  • Registrars agree to present Registrants with the renewal price for Premium Names upon registration.

  • Only Identity Digital Full Access Registrars may sponsor Applications for Premium Names.

  • Premium Names: Registrar acknowledges and agrees that if a Registrant is seeking to register a Premium Name, as determined by the Registry Operator in its sole discretion, then use of the name is also subject to additional terms and conditions contained in a separate agreement between Registrant and the Registry Operator, and that the Registrant’s rights in any such name are also governed by the terms of the separate Premium Name Agreement.
