Premium Location definition

Premium Location means all the Business Lounges presented in one of the following airports:

Premium Location means any location specified by Raw Hire where additional charges for use of the Vehicle at that location will apply, e.g., airport locations and locations advised by Raw Hire to the Hirer from time to time depending on the circumstances of the hire.

Examples of Premium Location in a sentence

  • If Google obtains Premium Location Data from Customer under this Section 4.3, Google may use this Premium Location Data in connection with (a) Google middleware on devices, (b) Google products and services, and (c) improving the Google location platform, but in each case subject only to the restrictions contained in Section 2.3 of Rider K.

  • If at any time during the Term any Google Application or Google Service (but excluding the Google Desktop Applications in Rider B) as defined in this Agreement and as provided to Customer can utilize a certain type of Premium Location Data and to the extent that Customer is collecting data of such type, then Customer shall provide Google with all Premium Location Data of that type free of charge.

  • Airport Concession Recovery fees or Premium Location Surcharges are charged at most Major Airport Locations.

  • If at any time during the Term, if Google otherwise desires access to a type of Premium Location Data for purposes broader than those stated in Section 4.2, then to the extent that Customer is collecting data of such type and makes such type of Premium Location Data available to one or more third parties, then Customer will offer such type of Premium Location Data to Google at a price no higher than the lowest price charged by Customer to any third party for such type of Premium Location Data.

  • Other additional fees may apply to your hire, such as for Additional Drivers, One-Way Fees, After Hours pick-ups or drop-offs, and Premium Location Fees, and if they apply, they will be listed in the Agreement.

  • If at any time during the Term, if Google otherwise desires access to a type of Premium Location Data for purposes broader than those stated in Section 4.2, then to the extent that Customer is collecting data of such type and makes such type of Premium Location Data available to one or more third parties, then Confidential Customer will offer such type of Premium Location Data to Google at a price no higher than the lowest price charged by Customer to any third party for such type of Premium Location Data.

  • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY SELLER shall provide INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PURCHASER with a text URL link at a Premium Location (as defined below), on INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY SELLER’S home page, ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ for and to the Web site ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ (Premium location is defined herein as “above the screen cutoff line – i.e., the viewable page area without scrolling on a typical computer screen”).

  • Other additional fees may apply to your hire, such as for Additional Drivers, One-Way Fees, After Hours pick-ups, and Premium Location Fees, and if they apply, they will be listed in the Agreement.
