Premium IP definition

Premium IP means IP made solely by one Party pursuant to this Agreement and paid for by the other Party at Premium Rates.
Premium IP means IP made solely by one Party during the Pool Term and paid for by the other Party at premium rates as provided in the Technology Services Agreement.
Premium IP means Premium IP is an IP Transit solution, which provides direct access to the internet via the Verizon 701 network for customers in select Sterling Data Centers. “Signature, Sterling, Advanced and Standard Data Centers” are data centers identified by Verizon as one of the foregoing.

Examples of Premium IP in a sentence

  • Sabre further grants to Customer the right to grant sublicenses under any of its Standard IP and Premium IP to any Third Party who, at the time such sublicense is granted, is not a Sabre Direct Competitor.

  • Customer further grants to Sabre the right to grant sublicenses under any of its Standard IP and Premium IP to any Third Party who, at the time such sublicense is granted, is not a Customer Direct Competitor.

  • If required by an Existing Contract with a third party, a Party may grant a license under Premium IP paid for by the other Party and a sublicense under the other Party's Pool IP to the third party even if the third party is or becomes a Direct Competitor of the other Party.

  • The Less than Best Effort service utilises the capacity that is not used by Best Effort and Premium IP traffic thus is targeted to flows of data which do not require particular quality assurances; for example transfer vast amounts of (non real-time) data for applications such as GRID computing without adversely affecting other traffic.

  • Conexant will obtain a copy of the Premium IP Package and a license to use it pursuant to Section 11 to develop and Portions of this agreement have been omitted and filed separately with the Commission pursuant to an application for confidential treatment under Rule 406.

  • MCI may provide to Customer the following international, interstate, intrastate and local communications services: Option 1 Access (Network), Option 4 Access (Network), Option 4 Data Center Services – Premium, Option 4 Data Center Services – Premium IP Bandwidth, Option 1 Private Line – Domestic IXC, Option 1 Private Line – Metro and Option 1 Private Line – Access (“Services”) and those identified in the Services Attachments to this Agreement, which are incorporated by reference.

  • Conexant will have license as set forth in Section 11 to the Premium IP Transfer Package and may use it to develop the Parent IC and / or Derivative Products.

  • On the contrary, the Premium IP service provides a service similar to that of a virtual leased line.

  • Conexant may not use the Premium IP Transfer Package to develop the Parent IC and Derivative Products and any other products.

  • Conexant will not receive or have rights to the Premium IP Transfer package.
