Premises Wiring definition

Premises Wiring means the same as defined in Title 15A, State Construction and Fire Codes Act.
Premises Wiring means a dedicated 208/240V AC circuit that supplies electricity directly to the installed Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment. This includes the protective breaker at the supply panel, wiring, final junction box, receptacle and all attachments and connections. The Participant retains ownership and is wholly responsible for the Premises Wiring, including that it meets all workmanship standards and applicable requirements in the National Electric Code, Minnesota law and Administrative Rules, and local municipal codes.
Premises Wiring means a dedicated 208/240VAC, 40 ampere or lower circuit that supplies electricity directly to the installed Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment. This includes the protective breaker at the supply panel, wiring, final junction box, receptacle and all attachments and connections. The Host retains ownership and is wholly responsible for the Premises Wiring, including that it meets all industry workmanship standards and applicable requirements in the National Electric Code, Washington Administrative Code, and local municipal codes.

More Definitions of Premises Wiring

Premises Wiring means all electrical equipment from the utility meter to the EVSE, including the electric supply panel and the Dedicated Circuit wiring connecting the supply panel to the EVSE, the final junction box supplying the EVSE, and connecting receptacle as applicable. As part of the direct installation of the EVSE, Customer may allow Avista or Avista’s authorized third party independent contractor to install the Premises Wiring required to provide power to the EVSE. With the exception of Dedicated Circuits installed by Avista, Customer shall own and maintain all Premises Wiring.
Premises Wiring means interior and exterior wiring, including power, lighting, control and signal circuit wiring, together with all of their associated hardware, fittings and wiring devices, both permanently and termporarily installed, that extends from their service point of utility conductors or source of power such as a battery, a solar photovoltaic system, or a generator, transformer or converter windings, to the outlets. Premises wiring does not include wiring internal to appliances, fixtures, motors, controllers, motor control centers, and similar equipment.

The applicant is wholly responsible for the Premises Wiring, including that it meets all workmanship standards and applicable requirements in the National Electric Code, Colorado law, and local municipal codes.

Related to Premises Wiring

  • Subleased Premises means approximately -18;961 rentable square feet on the 141h floor of the Building, as more specifically depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. The Subleased Premises include all of the Leased Premises identified in the Prime Lease.

  • Off-premises sign means a sign directing attention to a use, product, commodity or service not related to the premises upon which the sign is located.

If Tenant gives Landlord notice of its exercise of this option within thirty (30) days after notification from Landlord of the availability of the Expansion Space and if no Event of Default exists when Tenant’s notice is given, this Lease will be deemed to be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space as part of the Premises for the remainder of the Lease Term upon all of the same terms contained in this Lease except that (i) the Rentable Area of the Premises will be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space; (ii) Tenant’s Share will be increased to include the rentable area of Tenant’s Expansion Space; (iii) the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space will be the earlier of sixty (60) days after the date on which Tenant’s Expansion Space becomes vacant and ready for occupancy (provided that date is at least sixty (60) days after Tenant exercises its option to lease the Expansion Space), or the date on which the Expansion Space is first occupied by Tenant; (iv) if Tenant’s Expansion Space contains a rentable area of 10,000 square feet or more, and if there are less than three (3) Lease Years remaining in the Lease Term, the Lease Term will be extended to include three (3) full years from the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space; and (v) subject to adjustment during each Fixed Rental Period as provided in Exhibit E, Basic Rent for each year of the remaining Lease Term (as it may be extended) will be the greater of (a) the Basic Rent last paid by the Person most recently occupying Tenant’s Expansion Space or (b) Market Rent determined as provided in the Rent Rider attached as Exhibit E. If Tenant exercises this option, Tenant’s Expansion Space will be leased to Tenant in its “as is” condition and Tenant will, at its expense and in compliance with the provisions of Section 7.06, design and construct all Improvements desired by Tenant for its use and occupancy. Landlord and Tenant agree to execute such amendments to this Lease and other instruments as either of them considers necessary or desirable to reflect Tenant’s exercise of this option.

  • Interior means the spaces, parts, components or elements of an individual dwelling unit.

  • Collocation Space means an area of space located in a building to be used by CLEC to house telecommunications equipment that is necessary for interconnection or access to UNEs. Additionally, roof or wall space used for wireless interconnection shall be included in the definition where applicable.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Licensed premises or “premises” means all rooms, enclosures, contiguous areas, or places susceptible of precise description satisfactory to the administrator where alcoholic beverages, wine, or beer is sold or consumed under authority of a liquor control license, wine permit, or beer permit. A single licensed premises may consist of multiple rooms, enclosures, areas, or places if they are wholly within the confines of a single building or contiguous grounds.

  • Storage Space means a space where goods of non-hazardous nature are stored and includes cold storage and banking safe vaults;

  • On-premises sign means a sign advertising activities conducted or maintained on the property on which it is located. The boundary of the property shall be as determined by tax rolls, deed registrations, and apparent land use delineations. If a sign consists principally of brand name or trade name advertising and the product or service advertised is only incidental to the principal activity conducted or maintained on the property, or if the sign brings rental income to the property owner or sign owner, it shall be considered the business of outdoor advertising and not an on-premises sign. On-premises sign does not include a sign on a narrow strip of land contiguous to the advertised activity, or a sign on an easement on adjacent property, when the purpose is clearly to circumvent the intent of this act.

  • Tenant Work All work installed or furnished to the Premises by Tenant in connection with Tenant’s initial occupancy pursuant to Rider 2 and the Workletter.

  • Base Building shall include the structural portions of the Building, the public restrooms and the Building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment located in the internal core of the Building on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located. Tenant shall promptly provide Landlord with copies of any notices it receives regarding an alleged violation of Law. Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Industrial Center and interior utility raceways within the Premises that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other lessees of the Industrial Center and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, sidewalks, walkways, parkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;
