Guest agrees that no more than 6 people may reside on the Premises/Site at any time, unless approved by Property Manager.
The Council reserves the right for it to refuse to admit to the [Council’s Premises/Site] any person, employed or engaged by the Contractor, whose admission would, in the opinion of the Council present a risk to the Council, any third party or the Council’s property and shall not be obliged to give any reasons for such refusal.

The Contractor shall comply with and/or procure compliance with any notice issued by the Council from time to time requiring the removal from [Council’s Premises/Site] of any person employed thereon who in the opinion of the Council is not acceptable on the grounds of a risk to the Council, any third party or the Council’s property and that such persons shall not be employed again in relation to the provision of Goods without the written consent of the Council.
The decision of the Council as to whether any person is to be refused admission to the [Council’s Premises/Site] pursuant to clause 52.1 shall be final and conclusive.
The Contractor is deemed to have inspected the [Council’s Premises/Site] before tendering for this Contract and is deemed to have understood and be satisfied with all matters in relation to the Premises and the provision of the Goods to the [Council’s Premises/Site] before entering into this Contract.
