As a minimum, coverage for Premises, Operations, Products and Completed Operations shall be $2,000,000.
If services are performed under this order on Buyer's premises, Seller shall also obtain Premises- Operations, Personal Injury, and Independent Contractors Protective Liability endorsements, and shall further obtain Workers' Compensation, Employer's Liability and Automobile Liability Insurance coverage in amounts acceptable to Buyer, and if Seller will have access to Buyer property, computer systems and/or data, Third Party Fidelity/Crime Coverage.
Commercial General Liability (CG0001), including Personal Injury, Premises Operations, including explosion, collapse or underground property damage hazards, including costs to repair or replace damaged work.

Commercial General Liability including coverage for Premises Operations, Products/Completed Operations, Contractual, Independent Contractors, Broad Form Property Damage, and Personal Injury; with a minimum combined single limit of not less than $1,000,000 for Bodily injury and Property Damage (each occurrence) and a $2,000,000 aggregate.

The School’s Commercial General Liability Insurance shall cover the School for those sources of liability (including, but not limited to, coverage for Premises Operations, Products/Completed Operations, Contractors, and Contractual Liability) which would be covered by the latest occurrence form edition of the standard Commercial General Liability Coverage Form (ISO form CG 00 01), as filed for use in the State of Florida by the Insurance Services Office.
