Premises B definition

Premises B means and refer, collectively, to Suite B-1 (only during the Xxxxx X-0 Xxxxxx), Xxxxx X-0 (only during the Suite B-2 Period), and Suite B-3 (only during the Suite B-3 Period).

Premises B and "Premises C" shall mean the areas shown on Exhibits X-0, X-0, and A-3, respectively, to this Lease. Premises A consists of approximately 9,819 rentable square feet described as Suite No. 700 on the 7/th/ floor and approximately 9,829 rentable square feet described as Suite No. 800 on the 8/th/ floor. Premises B consists of approximately 9,162 rentable square feet described as Suite No. 500 on the 5/th/ floor and approximately 6,266 rentable square feet described as Suite No. 600 on the 6/th/ floor. Premises C consists of approximately 14,095 rentable square feet described as Suite No. 200 on the 2/nd/ floor, approximately 14,105 rentable square feet described as Suite No. 300 on the 3/rd/ floor, and approximately 14,154 rentable square feet described as Suite No. 400 on the 4/th/ floor. Premises A, Premises B and Premises C are collectively referred to herein as the "Premises". The "Rentable Square Footage of Premises A" is deemed to be 19,648 square feet. The "Rentable Square Footage of Premises B" is deemed to be 15,428 square feet. The "Rentable Square Footage of Premises C" is deemed to be 42,354 square feet. Collectively, the "Rentable Square Footage of the Premises" is deemed to be 77,430 square feet. If the Premises include one or more floors in their entirety, all corridors and restroom facilities located on such full floor(s) shall be considered part of the Premises. Upon substantial completion of the Building, Landlord shall have its architect measure the Premises and Building in accordance with Landlord's standard measurement practices for the Building, consistently applied, in order to determine the Rentable Square Footage of the Premises and Rentable Square Footage of the Building. Landlord currently anticipates utilizing Xxxxxxxxxx Systems, Inc. to perform such remeasurement. Such remeasurement shall be conducted using the following load factors for the following floors of the Premises: (i) single tenant/full floor load factor of approximately 18.31% (not to exceed 20.31%) for the 2/nd/ floor of the Building; (ii) single tenant/full floor load factor of approximately 17.97% (not to exceed 19.97%) for the 3/rd/ floor of the Building; (iii) single tenant/full floor load factor of approximately 17.94% (not to exceed 19.94%) for the 4/th/ floor of the Building; (iv) single tenant/full floor load factor of approximately 22.08% (not to exceed 24.08%) for the 5/th/ floor of the Building; (v) single tenant/full floor load factor of approximately ...

More Definitions of Premises B

Premises B. Premises A consists of approximately sixty two thousand five hundred eighteen (62,518) square feet of "floor area" (as defined in Section 7 below). Premises B consists of approximately thirty nine thousand nine hundred fifty two (39,952) square feet of floor area. Whenever the term "Premises" is used in this Lease it shall be deemed to mean both Premises A and Premises B, unless specifically indicated otherwise. The Premises is located in the Shopping Center shown on the Site Plan (the "Shopping Center"). The legal description of the Shopping Center is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof. In the event of any conflict between Exhibit A and the Site Plan, the Site Plan shall control.
Premises B and "Premises C" shall mean the areas shown on EXHIBITS A-1, X-0 xxx A-3, respectively, to this Lease. Premises A are located on floor 19 and known as suite number 1900. Premises B are located on floor 18 and known as suite number 1800. Premises C are located on floor 17 and known as suite number 1700. Individually and collectively, Premises A, Premises B and Premises C shall sometimes be referred to as the "Premises". The "Rentable Square Footage of Premises A" is deemed to be 15,215 square feet. The "Rentable Square Footage of Premises B" is deemed to be 15,614 square feet. The "Rentable Square Footage of Premises C" is deemed to be 15,631 square feet. Collectively, the "Rentable Square Footage of the Premises" is deemed to be 46,460 square feet. If the Premises include one or more floors in their entirety, all corridors and restroom facilities located on such full floor(s) shall be considered part of the Premises. Landlord and Tenant stipulate and agree that the Rentable Square Footage of the Building and the Rentable Square Footage of the Premises are correct and shall not be remeasured.
Premises B means the area located on the second (2nd) floor of the Building, outlined on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein, and known as Suite 250. "Premises C" shall mean the area located on the second (2nd) floor of the Building, outlined on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein, and known as Suites 220 and 230. For purposes of this Lease, "Premises" shall initially mean Premises A, provided, however, from and after the commencement date for each of Premises B and Premises C, the term "Premises" shall be deemed to include Premises A and any other premises for which the commencement date has occurred.
Premises B. A portion of the first (1st) floor of the Building, as shown on the floor plan annexed hereto as Exhibit D-2 and incorporated herein by reference.

The Rentable Square Footage of the Premises A and the Rentable Square Footage of the Premises B are collectively referred to as the “Rentable Square Footage of the Premises”. The Rentable Square Footage of the Premises is deemed to be 4,013 square feet. Landlord and Tenant stipulate and agree that the Rentable Square Footage of the Building and the Rentable Square Footage of the Premises are correct.
Premises B means the area on the second and third floors of the Building shown hatched on Schedule A-2 having a gross leasable area of approximately 34,826 square feet and shall extend from the upper surface of the structural sub-floor to the lower surface of the suspended ceiling within the boundaries of the Premises as described in Section 3.00 of Schedule B.
