Where the Customer reasonably requests that the Supplier does so, the Supplier shall test the Enabling Equipment in accordance with Good Industry Practice to confirm whether it is functioning as intended and in a manner consistent with the technical details set out in the Premises Annex.
In addition to the Excluded Periods set out in the Premises Annex, the Customer may (subject to Clause 5F.3) notify the Supplier from time to time of periods in which the Customer does not want to provide the Network Operator Services.
Where a Premises Annex for a Premises and a Demand Response Scheme provides for Modifications to be undertaken and for Enabling Equipment to be installed, the Supplier shall not install the Enabling Equipment until those Modifications have been completed.

Within five (5) Working Days after receiving such a notification in respect of a Proposed Premises, the Supplier shall complete and send to the Customer a proposed Premises Annex in respect of that Proposed Premises and each requested Demand Response Scheme.
The Customer shall not engage a third party to provide services similar to or the same as the Services (or contract directly with a Network Operator) in respect of the participation of a Premises in the Demand Response Scheme applying to that Premises under the Premises Annex during the Premises Term for that Premises.
The Supplier shall procure that the Enabling Equipment is installed, commissioned and tested within six (6) weeks after the Premises Annex is agreed (or, if applicable, after the Modifications have been completed).
In addition to the Excluded Periods set out in the Premises Annex and the periods notified under Clause 5F.2, the Customer shall notify the Supplier of any technical problems that mean that the Premises will not be able to provide the Network Operator Service.
The Parties may agree in writing to amend a Premises Annex from time to time (such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).
