Premier Insurance Program definition

Premier Insurance Program means the program established by that certain Insurance Program by and between Premier Lease and Loan Services Agency, Inc. and Xxxxx Canada dated as of August 20, 2003, as amended from time to time.

  • Insurance Program or “program” shall mean a program which has been designated as a major program of PRISM under which participating members are protected against designated losses, either through joint purchase of primary or excess insurance, pooling of self-insured claims or losses, purchased insurance or any other combination as determined by the Board of Directors.   • Health insurance plan means any health insurance policy or health benefit plan offered by a health insurer or a subcontractor of a health insurer, as well as Medicaid and any other public health care assistance program offered or administered by the State or by any subdivision or instrumentality of the State. The term includes vision care plans but does not include policies or plans providing coverage for a specified disease or other limited benefit coverage.

  • Health insurance policy means a policy that provides specified benefits for hospital and/or general treatment and meets all requirements under section 63-10 of the Private Health Insurance Act 2007.

  • Life insurance producer means any person licensed in this state as a resident or nonresident insurance producer who has received qualification or authority for life insurance coverage or a life line of coverage pursuant to chapter 522B.

  • Insurance producer means a person required to be licensed under the laws of this state to sell, solicit or negotiate insurance, including annuities.
