Unreasonable adverse effects on the environment means any unreasonable risk to humans or the environment, taking into account the economic, social, and environmental costs and benefits of the use of any pesticide.
Impact means any effect caused by a proposed activity on the environment including human health and safety, flora, fauna, soil, air, water, climate, landscape and historical monuments or other physical structures or the interaction among these factors; it also includes effects on cultural heritage or socio-economic conditions resulting from alterations to those factors;
Serious means violations that either result in one or more neg- ative outcomes and significant actual harm to residents that does not constitute imminent danger, or there is a reasonable predictability of recurring actions, practices, situations, or incidents with potential for causing significant harm to a resident, or both.

Result means any initial, interim, and final decision by any official or entity authorized to resolve disciplinary matters within the institution. The result must include any sanctions imposed by the institution. Notwithstanding FERPA, the result must also include the rationale for the result and the sanctions. 34 C.F.R. 668.46(k)(3)(iv)
Serious Adverse Event means any adverse event that led to any of the following:
Unreasonably impracticable means that the measures necessary to comply with the regulations require such a high investment of risk, money, time, or any other resource or asset that the operation of a marijuana establishment is not worthy of being carried out in practice by a reasonably prudent businessperson.
Unavoidable means adverse impacts that remain after all appropriate and practicable avoidance and minimization have been achieved.
Results means any information, documentation, designs, technical drawings, software (system and application software), algorithms, elaborated design data, technical or industrial data, tools, knowledge, know-how, trade secrets, equipment and services process, methodology, and any intellectual property therein, regardless of their support and whether or notprotected byan intellectual property right, developed, created or acquired by one Party during the execution of the Contract. The Results shall become the exclusive property of Purchaser as and when they are created or developed.
DISCOM means the “Distribution Licensee” who is authorized to operate and maintain a distribution system for selling electricity to the consumers in his area of supply at tariffs regulated by the State / Central Regulatory Authority, whichever is applicable.
Hostile environment means a situation in which bullying among students is sufficiently severe or pervasive to alter the conditions of the school climate;
Mysterious Disappearance means any disappearance of Property which, after a reasonable investigation has been conducted, cannot be explained.

Unforeseeable means not reasonably foreseeable by an experienced contractor by the Base Date.
Speech or language impairment means a communication disorder, such as stuttering, impaired articulation, a language impairment, or a voice impairment, that adversely affects a child’s educational performance.
Antimicrobial hand or body cleaner or soap means a cleaner or soap which is designed to reduce the level of microorganisms on the skin through germicidal activity, and is regulated as an over-the-counter drug by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. “Antimicrobial Hand or Body Cleaner or Soap” includes, but is not limited to, (A) antimicrobial hand or body washes/cleaners, (B) foodhandler hand washes, (C) healthcare personnel hand washes, (D) pre-operative skin preparations and (E) surgical scrubs. “Antimicrobial Hand or Body Cleaner or Soap” does not include prescription drug products, antiperspirants, “Astringent/Toner,” deodorant, “Facial Cleaner or Soap,” “General-use Hand or Body Cleaner or Soap,” “Hand Dishwashing Detergent” (including antimicrobial), “Heavy-duty Hand Cleaner or Soap,” “Medicated Astringent/Medicated Toner,” and “Rubbing Alcohol.”
Disadvantaged Business means a small business concern: (a) which is at least 51 percent owned by one or more socially and economically disadvantaged individual(s) or in the case of any publicly owned business, at least 51 percent of the stock of which is owned by one or more socially and economically disadvantaged individual(s); and (b) whose management and daily business operations are controlled by one or more of the socially and economically disadvantaged individual(s) who own it. It is important to note that the business owners themselves must control the operations of the business. Absentee ownership or title ownership by an individual who does not take an active role in controlling the business is not consistent with eligibility as a DBE under CFR 49 Part 26.71.

Critical professional work means a cornerstone or fundamental decision, requiring the exercise of sound professional judgement of the effects of a decision within a particular professional field.
Unforeseen means not anticipated or expected and occurring after the effective date of coverage.
Stabilize means to provide medical treatment of the condition as may be necessary to assure, with reasonable medical probability, that no material deterioration of the condition is likely to result from or occur during the transfer of the individual from a facility, or, with respect to a pregnant woman who is having contractions, when there is inadequate time to safely transfer her to another hospital before delivery (or the transfer may pose a threat to the health or safety of the woman or un- born child), “Stabilize” means to deliver (includ- ing the placenta).
