Preliminary RF Design definition

Preliminary RF Design means an RF Engineering design which incorporates as many prequalified System Element Locations (including existing structures and other sites provided by Site Acquisition that have a high likelihood of meeting the zoning requirements) as possible without compromising the quality of the System or System Element Location counts, design grids, signal level plots and prequalified site map overlays for each of the System Areas and System Sub-Areas. The Preliminary RF Design must also include those Items listed on Schedule 1. The Preliminary RF Design must be based upon all information reasonably available to the Vendor or provided to the Vendor by the Owner as of the Effective Date including, but not limited to, the information set forth in this Contract.

Related to Preliminary RF Design

  • Certificate of Designation means the Certificate of Designation to be filed prior to the Closing by the Company with the Secretary of State of Delaware, in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • Preliminary Work means all work done in the concept and preparatory stages (including non-exhaustively design, artwork, colour matching).

  • Certificate of Designations means the Certificate of Designations or comparable instrument relating to the Designated Preferred Stock, of which these Standard Provisions form a part, as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Series B Certificate of Designations has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

  • Certificates of Designation means the Series A Certificate of Designation, the Series B Certificate of Designation, the Series C Certificate of Designation, the Series D Certificate of Designation and the Series E Certificate of Designation.
