Preliminary Advice definition

Preliminary Advice means advice, in writing, complying with clause 12.3(a).
Preliminary Advice means a draft report arising out of a Heritage Survey which identifies which areas are Cleared or Not Cleared for the conduct of the proposed Exploration Activity or Low Impact Exploration Activity.
Preliminary Advice. If the reinsurance ceded report is not being sent on a monthly basis, the Company will send the Reinsurer each month a list of all policies being reinsured automatically for more than $250,000. ERRORS AND OMISSIONS: Should any items be inadvertently omitted from or entered in error on an account or tabulation, such omissions or errors shall not affect the liability of the Reinsurer in regard to any cession and the mistakes shall be rectified upon discovery.

  • A Preliminary Advice shall include a summary of the results of the Survey with corresponding spatial information as required and record at least the information referred to in clause 12.4(c)(i).

  • A Preliminary Advice shall record at least the information referred to in clause 12.4(c)(i).

  • Upon receipt by the Government Proponent of the Preliminary Advice, and subject to any reasonable recommendations in the Preliminary Advice, the Government Proponent may commence the Activities described in the relevant Activity Program (except any Activities indicated in the Preliminary Advice as potentially resulting in a breach of the Aboriginal Heritage Act).

  • Requests for reports Notwithstanding the relevant nominations by the Proponent in the Activity Notice under Part 1.2(f) of Schedule 4, the Proponent may by notice in writing request the Aboriginal Heritage Service Provider or Principal Aboriginal Heritage Consultant (as the case may be) to provide a Preliminary Advice or draft Survey Report, at any time, subject to this clause.

  • The Preliminary Advice should provide sufficient information (without disclosing any Sensitive Heritage Information) to allow the Local Government to know whether to proceed or not with any Activities, with or without conditions.
