Prehospital Emergency Medical Care Personnel definition

Prehospital Emergency Medical Care Personnel means those persons who have been certified as qualified to provide prehospital emergency medical care pursuant to Division 2.5 of the State of California Health and Safety Code.
Prehospital Emergency Medical Care Personnel means any First Responder, Emergency Medical Technician, Paramedic, Registered Nurse, Mobile Intensive Care Nurse or Physician who functions as a part of the EMS system.
