PREFUNDED CONTRACTS definition
PREFUNDED CONTRACTS means the Contracts which are transferred by the Seller to the Issuer on each Prefunding Transfer Date pursuant to this Agreement and are identified on the schedule attached to the Transfer Certificate delivered to the Trust, the Indenture Trustee and the Insurer on the Business Day immediately preceding the related Prefunding Transfer Date.
PREFUNDED CONTRACTS means the Contracts which are transferred by the Seller to the Issuer on each Prefunding Transfer Date pursuant to this Agreement and are identified on the Schedule of Contracts referred to in Section 2.10(c)(iii)(1) for such Prefunding Transfer Date.
