Preferred Supplier Arrangement definition
Preferred Supplier Arrangement for a local government means an arrangement by the local government with a supplier for the supply of goods or services under agreed pricing conditions for a stated period.
Preferred Supplier Arrangement means an arrangement with one contractor in which rates are agreed and multiple orders/contracts may be entered into by Council and that contractor during the Contract Term for the Goods/Services/Works;
Preferred Supplier Arrangement. – means an arrangement set up by Council to allow contracts to be entered into with one or more suppliers (the preferred suppliers) for the supply of goods or services as per Regulation (S.233(1));
