The price of such repurchase shall be equal to (i) the Fair Market Value of CuraGen Common Stock, with respect to a repurchase of Non-Voting Common Stock, (ii) the Preferred Stock Value with respect to a repurchase of Preferred Stock or (iii) $100 per share with respect to a repurchase of Series F Preferred Stock.
