Preferred Stock Certificates definition

Preferred Stock Certificates means the stock certificate(s) issued by the Corporation representing the applicable Series B Preferred Stock shares.
Preferred Stock Certificates means the certificates, as replaced from time to time, evidencing the outstanding Preferred Stock shares.
