Preferred Preferential Amount definition
Preferred Preferential Amount means the sum of (i) the aggregate of all Series A Preferred Preferential Per Share Amounts to be received by all holders of Series A Preferred Stock pursuant to this Agreement, plus (ii) the aggregate of all Series B Preferred Preferential Per Share Amounts to be received by all holders of Series B Preferred Stock pursuant to this Agreement.
Preferred Preferential Amount means the sum of (i) the total of the Series B Preferred Preferential Amount received by holders of Series B Preferred Stock pursuant to this Agreement, plus (ii) the total of the Series C Preferred Preferential Amount received by holders of Series C Preferred Stock pursuant to this Agreement, plus (iii) the total of the Series D Preferred Preferential Amount received by holders of Series D Preferred Stock pursuant to this Agreement, plus (iv) the total of the Series E Preferred Preferential Amount received by holders of Series E Preferred Stock pursuant to this Agreement.
