Preferred Employee definition

Preferred Employee means any person then employed by Preferred or any agent of Preferred retained to provide services to Preferred or who has been employed by Preferred or served as an agent to Preferred during the 180 days immediately prior thereto.
Preferred Employee may be a defined term which means a person allowed a preference in employment pursuant to the TERO.

  • If the Company hires any such Client Employee or Preferred Employee, without such authorization, the Company shall pay the Client or Preferred, as applicable, an amount equal to such Client Employee’s or Preferred Employee’s total first year compensation at the Company.
