Upon the occurrence of any Material Event pursuant to Article 9 above, TEVA shall be obligated to supply MARKETING AUTHORISATION HOLDERS with the Products with due regard to MARKETING AUTHORISATION HOLDERS' Preferred Customer Status, as set forth in Section 5,1 above.
The Preferred Customer Status pricing shall be in effect no less than for a period of three (3) years following the Launch Date of the particular Product, or, if there is a Material Event (as defined below), three years after such Material Event, whichever is later.
