  • By the tenth day of each month during the Term of this Agreement, ImproveNet shall submit to OC a report, in the form agreed to by OC and ImproveNet, describing the Services provided by ImproveNet during the preceding month, including without limitation, the number of OC-Generated Jobs, the number of won jobs by OC Preferred Contractors, and the specific information related to each such won job.

  • The work is performed by PNG’s Preferred Contractors (“PCs”) who have entered into Preferred Contractor Agreements with PNG.

  • In connection with the Services provided by ImproveNet for OC hereunder, ImproveNet will collect and maintain data and information relative to OC-Generated Jobs as well as OC Preferred Contractors (collectively, "OC Data").

  • The name of the limited liability company governed hereby is Preferred Contractors Insurance Company Risk Retention Group, LLC.

Related to Preferred Contractor(s)

  • Sub-Contractors means those persons furnishing labor or materials for the Project pursuant to the Sub- Contracts.

  • Shared Contracts has the meaning specified in Section 4.12(b).

  • Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.

  • Transferred Contracts has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.1(c).

  • Vendors means the proposer(s) responding to this RFP and vendor(s) to whom a contract has been awarded as a result of this RFP by SMSD. A responsible vendor is a vendor who has adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), can comply with the delivery requirements, and is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the product(s) /service(s) listed herein.
