If there shall be insufficient assets and funds to be distributed among the Class A Preference members of their full Original Preference Share Issue Price, then the remaining assets and funds of the Company shall be distributed ratably among the holders of the Class A Preference Shares in proportion to the amounts of such Class A Preference Shares owned by each such holder.
Upon the full satisfaction of Original Preference Share price of the Class C Preference Shares and the Class B Preference Shares, the Class A Preference Shares shall be paid their Original Preference Share Issue Price.
