Preference Dividends definition

Preference Dividends means, in respect of each Preference Share, the applicable Scheduled Dividends and Additional Dividends;

Examples of Preference Dividends in a sentence

  • Preference Dividends shall accumulate whether or not (i) the Corporation has earnings; (ii) there are funds legally available for the payment of those dividends; or (iii) those dividends are authorized or declared.

The amount of any such dividend shall be equal to the quotient of such dividend divided by the difference between one and the maximum statutory federal income rate (expressed as a decimal number between 1 and 0) then applicable to the issuer of such Preferred Stock.

  • Dividends means cash dividends and cash distributions with respect to any Pledged Shares or other Pledged Property made in the ordinary course of business and not a liquidating dividend.
