Prefecture shall have a Territorial Unit of the National Gendarmerie, referred to as “Groupement”. The “Groupement” shall be deployed in Territorial Companies and the latter shall be deployed in stations of the National Gendarmerie. Article 103: Deployment The Command Council of the National Gendarmerie shall undertake the deployment of the National Gendarmerie, taking especially into account the prevailing security situation.
