Predecessor Servicer means Direct Merchants Credit Card Bank, National Association, a national banking organization organized under the laws of the United States and located in Salt Lake City, Utah which has been merged into DMCCB. "Dollars", "$" or "U.S. $" shall mean United States dollars. "Eligible Account" shall mean, as of the Initial Closing Date (or, with respect to Additional Accounts, on the date the Credit Card Originator acquires rights therein, or, with respect to Supplemental Accounts, as of the date the Receivables arising in such Accounts are designated for inclusion in the Trust), each revolving credit consumer credit card account owned by a Credit Card Originator:

Examples of Predecessor Servicer in a sentence

  • If any error, inaccuracy, commission or incorrect or nonstandard practice or procedure (collectively, “Errors”) exists in any Predecessor Servicer Work Product and such Errors cause Lyon Financial Services, Inc.
